This starter policy explains how refunds and cancellations are generally handled once a client accepts a quotation. It should be reviewed and confirmed against the final pricing, deposit and delivery terms used by the company.
Before work begins
A client may request to cancel a service before work has started or before a deposit has been used to cover third-party or government fees. Any refund of amounts already paid will be assessed against work completed and costs already incurred.
Once work has started
Once document preparation, submissions, website work or system setup has started, fees for the work already completed are not refundable. Third-party and government fees paid to CIPC, SARS, banks or other organisations are generally non-refundable once submitted.
Third-party and government outcomes
She Leads Consulting assists with preparation, submission and coordination. Approval, rejection, processing time and final decisions remain with the relevant government department, bank or organisation. A delayed or unsuccessful third-party outcome does not automatically entitle a client to a refund of service fees for work already carried out.
Hosting, subscriptions and recurring services
Website hosting, business email and system subscriptions are billed for the agreed period. Cancellation instructions and notice periods for recurring services will be confirmed in writing before the service begins.
How to request a cancellation
Send a written request to info@sheleadsconsulting.co.za or call 074 831 4169. Include the service requested, the date of the quotation and the reason for cancellation.
